I don’t usually write reviews unless I’m asked to, but this store truly deserves 5 stars. I come here often to drop off returns or print documents, and the staff is consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming. More specifically Sonia and Caleb, they go above and beyond every single time—always greeting customers with a smile and never showing any frustration, no matter how busy it gets. Their professionalism, patience, and friendliness make the store feel like home, which is so rare to find these days. It’s refreshing to interact with people who genuinely care about customer service. I really want to thank Sonia and Caleb for creating such a positive experience—I wish every store had reps like them!

Great customer service! Didn’t charge me $10 for the first page like Orange City’s UPS store does. The gentlemen attending me made my Amazon return process smooth and even helped me pack a box.

I had a fantastic experience at this UPS location! The store was clean, organized, and well-run. Brandon, the associate who helped me, was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me with my shipping needs. He answered all my questions and ensured my package was securely packed and shipped on time. I normally do not do reviews (i do not take the time for them) but this experience deserved one. I had an issue with UPS not wanting to refund two packages that were late, although I paid for the service to be delivered at a very specific time. At first I had no luck on my refund, until a gentleman by the name of Caleb went above and beyond for me. Whether it was calling UPS on my behalf, his willingness to help me through the process, or his follow up - he demonstrated how A+ customer service is supposed to be. I hope this place gives him a promotion, a raise, and a bonus. He deserves it all.

This store is in a fantastic location. The staff is welcoming, able to answer your questions, and make the setup very easy. The prices are very fair and they offer good quality service. This store has a lot of different options for you to do your shipping services and receiving. The store is well-maintained and is inviting.

Usually when I have amazon returns, I go to Kohl’s, but ever since I went to the UPS store once, I go to the UPS store for my amazon returns all the time now. The employees were super helpful and quick. Anthony was amazing. He took the time to help with my Amazon app when it wasn’t working so that I can pull up my QR code. I highly recommend going to this UPS store :)

Excellent customer service! I came in to ship an international package and the two men working there(didn’t see name tags) were kind and helped a lot! They explained what needed to be explained and were patient when I wasn’t prepared with everything. The place is kept clean and organized and when I walked in, there must’ve been a candle or such going because the place even smelled pleasant. Will definitely go to this location again for my packages!

3-8-25 I do need to have some notary work done. We got it done really fast. Mihir, the manager, really does a nice job leading the team. We are now using this UPS store every chance we get. Mihir Parikh and his team are so helpful and professional. They take their work so seriously and never make a mistake.

I recently visited the UPS Store and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me through the shipping process with ease. Mihir, Caleb and Becca are all fantastic and very welcoming and nice. They were knowledgeable about the best options for my needs and even helped me pack my items securely. Absolutely love these guys- I work right down the street from them so I am always dropping off my packages to this location. I personally know the UPS driver who picks up from this location; he’s kind and treats your packages with TLC. Always enough people working to get you in and out- a nice diverse group of young men. Always appreciate how quick they are to assist you- even grabbing large boxes out your car for you. There’s a closer UPS near my home - but I go out my way to give them my business. Five stars ⭐️

I can't say enough about the staff at this UPS Store. Came in a couple of weeks ago to return some amazon packages and was serenaded by one of the staff (name held to protect the innocence). This started a regular expectation of a song every time I come in the store. Cindy was amazing helping me to get a mail box for my business but we (the staff and I) always have a good time with lots of joke and laughter. The staff is very helpful and I love the energy they bring. I recommend this store if you looking for great customer service and a staff that will put a smile on your face, make your way down to the Lake Mary UPS Store. Thank you guys for all you do.
